Quick Ramen Noodles For Dinner

This is a recipe for the people who have no time to be in the kitchen or just don’t want to cook, and especially it’s a super inexpensive dish, who doesn’t find that attractive? Well I do. I have tried this same recipe with Chinese rice noodles but I discovered I have to soak the noodles overnight in water and it takes time. This is what I have for dinner night.

2 packages ramen noodles (any flavor we’re not going to use it)
3 tablespoon of butter
¼ cup of water
¼ cup of soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon of puree garlic
1 small red onion
2 carrots, julienned  
2 scallions, sliced
Boil the noodles in 2 cups water for 3 three minutes. When it’d cooked cover in cold water, please don’t leave any water. Meanwhile heat saucepan and coat with the butter then sauté garlic with onion, carrots, and scallions for about 5 minutes. When vegetables look translucent add water and soy sauce, taste to see if it needs seasoning, if it does salt and pepper the mixture. Lastly add the noodles to the mixture, mix well and serve.
