A Killer Tuna Casserole For Monday Dinner

Tuna Casserole

3 strips bacon, diced
1 small white onion, diced small
2 cups of milk
       Salt and pepper to taste
2 cup grated mozzarella
1 cup of fresh spinach
2 cans of light tuna in water, drained  
1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
About 3 cups of shell pasta, boiled. Reserve 1 cups of water from the pasta
      ½ cup of breadcrumbs    



Combine ½ cup of cheese and breadcrumbs and reserve. Prepare oil or butter a baking dish
In a pot, cook bacon until crispy and then add onion and cook.
Add spinach, when the spinach is tender and soft season with salt and pepper and the Italian seasoning.
Add the water and let it boil when it does add the milk.
Taste and season more if it needs it.
When it breaks a boil add the rest of the cheese.
Then combine with the cooked pasta. Spread the mixture in a baking dish and top it with
Bake for 45 minutes in 350-Fahrenheit degree oven.


 You would love this recipe because it’s cheesy, pasta, and a little Italian and who doesn’t love all of that. I try this recipe from a friend and I have to say It’s criminal. Hope you like it. Until next time my friends.
