Ham and Cheese Muffin Rolls

1 pound loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
3 tablespoons prepared mustard
1 tablespoon honey
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
3/4 pound very thinly sliced HORMEL® CURE 81® ham

1. On floured surface, roll dough into 21×12-inch rectangle. In small bowl, combine mustard and honey. Spread mustard mixture over dough. Sprinkle dough with cheese. Lay ham slices over cheese. Starting with long side, roll dough up tightly. Cut dough into 12 equal slices. Place slices, cut sides up, in greased muffin cups, pressing slightly. Cover. Let rise in warm place 45 minutes or until doubled in size. Heat oven to 375°F. Bake 30 minutes or until golden. Cover with foil if rolls become too brown. Serve with chutney, if desired.
